Does this extension upload or read my chat content?
No. All optimization runs locally in your browser. The extension never sends your chat content to any server. The only data sent is your license key and installation ID during Pro activation.
Is Pro a subscription?
No. Pro is a one-time $5 lifetime payment. You pay once and keep all Pro features forever. No recurring charges.
How do I get my license key after purchase?
After completing payment, your license key is shown on the success page and emailed to you. Enter it in the extension's Pro tab to activate.
How do I activate Pro in the extension?
Open the extension popup → go to the Pro tab → paste your license key → click Activate. The extension will verify with our server and unlock all Pro features.
Can I use my license on multiple browsers?
Each license allows one active installation at a time. To move it, visit the license management page on our website, reset your activation, then activate on the new browser.
How do I reset my activation?
Go to our website → Recover License → enter your purchase email → open the management link → click Reset Activation on your license. This frees the seat so you can activate elsewhere.
What if I lose my license key?
Visit the Recover License page on our website, enter your purchase email, and we'll send a secure management link. From there you can view and copy your license key.
What happens if I reinstall Chrome?
If your extension storage is cleared, your Pro status will need to be re-activated. Use your license key to activate again. If you lost it, use the email recovery flow on our website.
Does the extension work on chat.openai.com and chatgpt.com?
Yes. The extension works on both chatgpt.com and chat.openai.com.
Are chat folders included in Pro?
Yes. Chat folders, instant search, conversation map, export, pin messages, and all other premium features are included in the $5 Pro unlock.
Can I completely disable notifications?
Pro users can disable all extension notifications from the settings page. Free users can toggle individual notification types.
What if the backend is temporarily down?
The extension uses a local grace period. If the server is temporarily unreachable, your Pro status will not be instantly revoked. It will re-verify when connectivity returns.
Does this delete or modify my chats?
No. The extension only modifies how ChatGPT's interface is rendered in your browser. It never deletes, edits, or sends your conversations anywhere.
How lightweight is the extension?
The extension is under 200KB. It uses debounced observers and minimal DOM manipulation to stay fast without adding overhead.
